you do now! :) thanks for visiting my blog - oh, regarding Comcast - just call them and tell them you want to switch to the lower bandwidth. I got a sheet with my last bill showing all the rates, and that's how I found out about it. Of course they want you to have the more expensive one, but the cheaper one is available, at least in my area! :)
