weighty matters
weighed in this morning for a weekly loss of 3.0lbs. 317.6. I'm about 7-8lbs higher than my lowest weight in about 7 years.

weighing in!
so I lost 3.4lbs this week, down to 320.6. That's a loss of 36.4 with my sleeve. woot!
I'm gym-shopping right now. My roommate got me a 1-week pass to his gym, but he doesn't like it and won't renew his membership. the Y is right by my office and has a $99-for-the-summer special. I'm gonna check that out this week.
of course, I could always work out in my basement.. I do have a treadmill, a few free weights, a kettle bell, and the zumba fitness dvds.
